I can see a purple thing on his foot, and a red circle on one of the shoulder strawberries, but the last item is evading me X3

Red candy behind the tail, looks like the reflection of a strawberry, very faint
Red circle is on the bottom strawberry on the shoulder, looks bright red

There is another strawberry on his tail. The green of the original is darker. Can't find the third.

Purple heart is on the blue berry on the foot and I think the circle is on the strawberry on the shoulder above the green
