What would be your dream Summer Event theme??

Some that I saw here and would like to repeat:

* Olymp (Greek gods and myths)
* fairy tales (eg Grim brothers)
* cryptids/paranormal
* Kawaii theme
* glitch/cyberpunk/neon city

We've done cryptids and glitches in the past two years, so those themes won't be repeated

A really great theme would be pirates! Going out on a pirate ship hunting for treasure and landing on a semi-deserted island. The Olympus theme would be great as well.

I would love to see a DND related theme next year. Let me preface that D&D is trademarked. However the original roleplay game which people call DND is not. Shady lil loophole. But its been around long before anyone ever profited off of it.

I posted here in 2023 about my wish for a weather event and I'm STILL very passionate about it. So I'm here to elaborate and wish once more :3

Some rough overall concepts:
- a location experiencing extreme weather on both ends of the spectrum (hots and colds), centered around a local news station/weatherperson. i.e., one day it's a heat wave and another there's a blizzard. this could be more "normal" weather or maybe there's a local mad scientist with a weather machine who's responsible, and they're unleashing REALLY extreme weather onto the town.
- a "National Weather Service" type of organization with a operational base, that sends teams out all over to help with extreme weather events such as tornadoes/hurricanes/volcano eruptions.
- following an individual or group of storm chasers on the ground as they go from town to town and experience increasingly extreme categories of tornadoes/hurricanes building up from the beginning to the end of the event.

I just really want storm/disaster themed pets, I think it'd be SO NEAT. You could also weave in some helpful education about disaster preparedness with the storyline and items.

I remember seeing a few people unhappy about the "normality" of this year's event
(which is fine, since there's always something for everyone), so I'll throw some more
color-orientated ideas that might be fun to try:

• Retro
- Various 1900's things. Feelin' pretty old.
- Clunky devices, vintage colors, and sentimental novelties.

• Art Mediums
- Charcoal, oil, clay, many choices!
- A good time for some art history references & different textures.

• Laboratory
- Doesn't need to be evil!
- Good opportunity to do some fictional creatures & crazy colors.

• Music Performance
- Y'know, concerts, crowds, really bright lights...
- This one sounds like it could have some wild item ideas for it.
