Finally! Finished!

-Chimera-Chimera is when two sets of genes fuse together on one Bicorn. The Bicorn then has selected parts of the body one set of genetics and one set another.
-Manchado is a white pattern that has spots forming in irregular clusters
-Chubari spots are oval or round, white or whitish spots, usually about the size of an egg. Chubari spots are randomly scattered on the body of a horse and have sharply delineated borders
-Glow-Part of the body(usually horns, hooces, or eyes), glows

HARPG Reference Sheet Template

HARPG
Horse Art Role Play Game

HARPG Competition Directory
HARPG Breed Directory

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What is HARPG?
Those who are familiar with deviantart know it is a place for creating a fantasy stables with both real and user-made breeds then building up art galleries for these horses for points, entering competitions and breeding.

With the diverse collection of horse breeds and species on CS I wanted to bring the same concept here!

This is a work in progress.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Reference Sheet Information
This sheet is just a base for you to record and track your horses on CS. You can create your own cover sheet, change the layout, add/remove bits, change colours, whatever you please.

A sample can be found below.

Using the sheet:
Each section is in a folder for ease. Feel free to add or delete.
There is a folder called 'letters', this is so you can add the name if you do not want to write it yourself and contains all the letters of the English alphabet in upper and lower case. It is easier to duplicate the folder and resize the whole folder to save having to resize each set of letter! They can then be move and coloured as you like. Feel free to use them to add more information like age, breed etc.
The larger box is for you to draw your horses. I recommend making a cover sheet for your customised templates and editing the template to add your horse if you are adding multiple of the same breed and want to re-use the lines.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I do not own HARPG, anyone can create their own HARPG events, I am just creating a place for people to start.

Blooding Shoulder:(all three top examples[Flea bitten Grey on bay, Grey on liver chestnut, Grey on black])
Bloody Shoulder is a type of Somatic marking, where there is an area on the body of a grey Bicorn that the grey gene simply doesn't show. Typically used for Bicorns who have a bay or chestnut base so it looks like they have a 'bloody' shoulder.

Somatic Marking/Mutation:
Somatic mutations are when barker spots/base coats show through due to genes just not working properly.

Examples:
-Bottom left: Bay base with darker areas from the black gene being more prominent in areas it shouldn't
-Bottom middle: buckskin, where you can see spots of the bay base showing through where the cream gene just isn't working in those areas.
-Bottom Right: Chestnut with darker chestnut/liver chestnut splotches

Pangare:
-Does not effect black based bicorns
-Lightens the base coat starting from the belly/soft spots

Rabicano:
-Shows on any base coat
-White marking that starts from the belly and goes up
-scattered white hairs
-Almost forms little vertical lines
-Denser near belly

Grease Spots:
-Small dark spots
-Scattered randomly
-Only a few

Bird Catcher Spots:
-Small white spots
-Scattered randomly
-Only a few

Letters are difficult to write with a mouse <_>

Filled Brindle effects any type of brindle. It just means the brindle as a second color filling inside the stripes. The color can be lighter or darker.

-Brindle are stripes darker than the base that run vertically along the body.
-Reverse Brindle are stripes lighter than the base that run vertically along the body.
-Horizontal Brindle are stripes that are darker than the base that run horizontally along the body.
-Reverse Horizontal Brindle are stripes that are lighter than the base that run horizontally along the body.

All brindle types can show up with only a little bit of striping, or striping that covers the whole body, and anything in-between.

Silver effects the manes of Bicorns who have at the Extention(black) gene, making the manes a lighter color.

Flaxen effects only chestnut based bicorns, making the mane a lighter blonde color.

      Geno:
      Silver- Zz or ZZ
Flaxen ff or Ff(carrier, not visible)

*note- flaxen is a recessive gene, need ff to show Ff is a carrier. If bred to non flaxen/non flaxen carrier, will pass as Ff
