anyway decided to make my idea for a post-canon Susie. don't worry about all the scars it's chill. i think she would have more tattoos but im bad at coming up with ideas so we got the delta rune and a spade for Lancer

sometimes i hate my face so much i forget how i look like, during those times i hate it so much i avoid mirrors and i avoid taking photos. when i'm at home i think i look fine, good even, then suddenly i go out and i look like absolute crap and i HATE it. i can't stand looking at photos of myself cause they're nothing how i imagine myself to be. i hate my expressions and my hair and my mannerisms.... aghhh i just hate that i don't look how i wish i looked, like how i imagine myself it's just iuahsgiuhsfgauihjgsfiuh

great news for anyone who likes that stuff- i may have found a fursuit maker for yvain and i'm sooo happy about it. i'll report back on whether i end up getting it or not (they're opening slots in ~3 months) but if it does happen i'll literally be so euphoric. it will be kemono style because i honestly dont know any makers that could do a toony suit that captures her vibe (and shape) correctly, and i'm also a little biased to how cute kemono suits are. this maker specifically makes "chibi" kemono suits so they're even more cute and exaggerated which is great cause i'm short :'3 (5'4)

she may be my favorite character actually. in my mind she lives at a library in one of those little kids sections (since she's a plushie) and watches over them and plays with them and reads with them. just an overall very gentle and wholesome guy. might actually need to make her a real plushie sometime after i get the fursuit.

and even more great news #1: i finished the wolf fursuit i was making and he's been to a convention now, and i'll be bringing him to another one in july! and #2 i just completed my hardback collection of my series i mentioned some time ago and when i was redecorating and cleaning my room i've now made a full shelf to display them + the movie adaptation.


i'm really sorry for being so inactive lately but after studying i really lost a lot of artistic drive and honestly i've been doing a lot of other stuff in my free time (redecorating, attending graduation parties, putting up fundraising posters and such). hopefully i'll get back in the swing before artfight. maybe u can suggest some things i should draw or what kinda stuff / characters you like seeing :3

Since it is The Month I thought of drawing something in the spirit -- which is Me, of course . I have quite a strong connection to my sona Jay, for both how long I've had it, the little tribulation I had with it once, & what it represents. I've created Jay a long time ago { not exactly sure when, but I say ~2011 as a rough estimate }, where I was completely unaware of the words "Furry/fursona" & would simply say I drew myself as an animal { frequently a fox, but I'd also say I was a deer too. Too bad I never had a deer sona outside of LPS #634, I loved that thang } because for some reason I was just never content to view myself as a human, even now. I would say Jay is "literally me" but that title's been taken by my one other sona I still use; moreso they're a representation of my past self that's now colored by my current self. if that makes sense. Not trying to pretend it never existed, but tenderly holding it as you still carry on with what you know now. Man, the early stages of self-realization where you either try to forcibly shove it back down & deny it, &/or accept it but start off over-compensating for it is a real doozy.
Finally, the reason why the ears go from pink to black is because that's how I used to draw him for extra cuteness, now I scribble it in lineart colors because of laziness of adding another color to his palette realism
