how i did this:
I used soft round pen with scattering and blending turned up a little. i turned down opacity
i sketched on a separate layer and then made the picture on a layer above it
i used the blender with slight scattering to make the shading
for the highlights i used white on a separate layer set to overlay, and turned down the opacity.
i changed the bg color and set the main picture layer to multiply
