it's funny i just happened to start drawing him with it again JUST before it came back #psychic

anyway how are you guys .... i'm surviving the blizzard sigh;; literally can't even go out so i'm lucky i bought canned food recently ;-; but it's pretty outside!

today (march 2) is my birthday and i wanted to do a redraw of this (2024) for the occasion.
it was the second time i've ever got featured in my 10+ years being on the site and the first time a character i owned was featured so it's pretty special even if it's a little hard to look at for me at this point.

i feel like i finally managed to understand oekaki a decent amount this past year - to the point where using it is no longer a fight (for my life) but rather something pretty calming and therapeutic.

all in all, i never thought i'd make it this far, in more ways than in art progress. it had been... a hard year, perhaps one of the hardest so far but i'm still here, still eager to improve, still pushing on. still obsessed with silverclaw, who has 800+ drawings in her gallery at this point.

Yes, my sleepy boy had a hard day doing absolutely nothing and decided to take a nap before night~ Or, alternatively, he's been sleeping all day, who knows? Only a guy like him would put in all the effort of making machines to further his laziness. Or maybe I'm just mad I don't have a machine that'll tuck me in and feed me LOL

As you can tell by the time, I was really struggling. When paintings use a lot of different color combinations, it takes me a while to figure how these colors might interact in different kinds of lights. AT some point, I gotta let it go lol Curly-feather hell-

ummm not any particular updates i've been very very busy lately but i did work on another game last month and we got 2nd in the jam again which is cool. i feel like i used to have a lot more pals here on cs but i've kind of lost touch with everybody over the years which is kind of a bummer (the last discord server i can remember got deleted or something a while back), but do know that if you've ever played minecraft with me i still think about you every so often. i think a major part of my problem is that i don't remember what some of your guys' onsite usernames were and if they changed then i definitely don't know lol

except i accidentally drew her in Baldi's clothes. Very funny. Do you guys like Cathy? I'm not big on the comic themselves, but I do like the specials they aired in the 80s. she has the same voice actress as Pepper Anne so she sounds like exactly like her its very funny.
