Hey! So this is my first and only drawing attempt with my new tablet...I bought the tablet last summer but never really got around to playing with it! I was hoping to ask some of you senior artists out there how to properly layer things. I had played around with layers from about 20 minutes with this drawing, but I didn't really know how to get that "glossy finish" look to anything. And of course, as you can see, I need to practice with my sketching ^^. My new tablet was cool, but I had to sketch Ciel's face over and over because The lines weren't going exactly where I wanted them to go. A 30 second sketch on paper took me 48 minutes on a tablet. Lol, I have some work to do. All in all, this was really fun! And I realized about halfway into drawing this that I had my tablet upside down ^^ lol, no wonder the lines where coming out wacko.

Anyways, some feedback and constructive critism is much appreciated! Thanks <3

Anywhooo are you ready to hear an ironic love story?
So I've told this guy that I like him several times (albeit, I said it without actually saying "I like you", it was more of serveral hints) . Then he still didn't get it. So I passed him a note that said " Kimi wa jitsu ni baka da naa, Daisuki! I LOVE YOU!" but then I scribbled all over the back of it... So he thought it was trash and threw it away -______- curse you, universe. I haven't actually cried about it.. I just thought her crying was more emotional.

this was literally a 2 minute sketch
i havent been on this for a year and i just wanted to see how much i improved and believe me i cringed so hard when i saw the drawing especially red eye. i can do better but today i couldnt be bothered. i still havent got that tablet i wanted but i got an ipad 2! so i use that to draw but i havent put any on the computer. too bad this oekaki needs java otherwise i would show you my full potential * evil laugh*. but to see some more of my utterly rubbish drawings, head along to my deviant art.
