First sketch with tablet

    Just like the title says.
    I got my tablet in the beginning of august. I would use it in photoshop, but didnt really know how to use it. Today I was watching people sketch in a doodlepad on xat. I realized a better way on how to sketch.

    I know the anatomy is probably horrible. The neck need to be a bit more thick. and the ear needs some work.
    But with all of my flaws, I wanted to know what people thought of my first actual sketch on my tablet. I would appreciate any tips, and comments.

I asked Birdy if I could redline her art,and she said yes...so here it is. She wanted it in a more cutsly way so I made it more cutsey then realistic.

I got really bored, and felt like drawing. Strong criticizers please, I thought I did pretty good for my 3rd beginners Okekaki.

Really cute! I bet Tess'll love it! As for criticism, hmmm.... I'd say just to make sure your coloring doesn't go over the lines (like on Avian's hind legs) and to try your hand at shading some. It's certainly not the easiest thing in the world to shade, but the sooner you practice the sooner you'll get the hang of it. I hope to see more of your art in the future :)

My first REAL picture on Oekaki! It's my fursona, Fera! But, she's all grown up in this one, unlike the puppy one! :mrgreen: It was fun to make, I was trying to find good ways to do backgrounds and shading. Tell me what you think!
