The Nord Cavall is a docile, friendly breed of horse heralding from the northern parts of Iberia. Though an old breed, it only began to grow in popularity worldwide after it's rising appearance in shows. Originally serving as a cart-pulling horse for market, or mounts in times of war, Cavalls are now proving excellent in areas such as dressage, driving, and leisure riding. Like many other light Iberians, the Nord Cavall is a baroque horse: agile, but strong in body. For centuries, Cavalls have been seen to have cropped manes for various reasons. Typically, to mark stallions in market, though that's not always the case. The tradition has survived, though doesn't hold as much of a purpose as simply being for aesthetic.

Halters:
You may choose one leather colour.
You may choose a traditional metal (gold, silver, iron, etc.).
With a specialty halter, you may design the leather and have nontraditional metals.

Mares | 14.2 hh to 15.3 hh
Stallions/Geldings | 15.0 hh to 16.1 hh

Coats:
Very Common: Black, Bay, Chestnut, Tobiano, Cream
Common: Seal, Grey, Dun, Roan
Uncommon: Silver, Flaxen, Overo, Appaloosa
Rare: Champagne, Pearl, Sooty, Rabicano, Splash, Dominant White
Very Rare: Grease Spot, Birdcatcher Spot, Brindle, Somatic, Lacing
Notably Unapparent: Sabino, Pangare, Gulastra
KIT Gene: In use. Includes Tobiano, Roan, Dominant White, (Sabino)

Eyes:
Black, Brown, Amber, Hazel, Green, Blue

Sex:
Mare, Sterile Mare
Stallion, Gelding
Gelding/Spaying grants you 25 points towards one specialty, but they can no longer breed

Breeding:
Unlimited breeding slots
Stallions can breed 5 times per month
Mares can breed 3 times per month

Champions:
Champion Cavalls are the most valuable in the breed
Horses are championed by earning 100 points in each of up to three specialties

User Cooldowns:
Users may order up to three customs per month
Users may order up to four breedings per month
Users may adopt up to ten cavalls per month

Staff Benefits:
Four customs and five breedings per month
25 Coppers upon hire
10 Coppers on the last of each month
Artists also receive a small custom item upon hire

Transfers

Cavalls can be ‘transferred’ from version one to version two, for these reasons: artist activity, ease of access to pre-made items, and location. The design will be kept as well in tact as possible, though it may vary slightly even if the artist is the same. Halters will also be the same. Please note that transfers rank on the bottom of the to-do list. Adopts, customs, breedings, etc. are all priorities over these, and we ask you be patient during the wait. There is also a small fee of 10 coppers for every transfer. To have a transfer, fill out the form below and post it on this thread. Your fee will be deducted automatically.
