You must design the tail and shine ON THE IMAGE BELOW.
Please stay generally within the current colors. You can wiggle a bit but a drastic recolor has less of a chance to win.
You have 10 words to describe your tail/shine if you need them.
You may make your tail larger than the standard Oekaki canvas will allow! If a larger tail is chosen, I'll finish the adopt with the user-made tail off oekaki :D
