Please don't give uneducated advice.
Very unfair to the top. Either their horse or the C$ would be overpay for your cat. The horse is advent tier 1, worth 3-4 2009 rares. It has very good demand too, since it's a store pet. Your cat is not on the list.

The item is worth about an early '09 rare; as far as I'm aware, it doesn't have any special demand and goes for fair trades. ^^ They're overpaying by about 5-10 C$.

First dog on their side=regular very rare
Their pony is advent tier 2 (low advent)
2012 store pet=early 2009 rare
Tufted Blood Dog=advent tier 5 (mid advent)
Light Leopard=2 mid advents+'09 rare
Flower/Toxic Rat=5 mid advents
Value wise they're overpaying, the september rat and the tufted blood dog are fair for your dragon. I'm unsure about the demand of the top, but the most I'd personally pay for the White dragon is 7 mid advents.
