Not only because of his name being the same, Sunflower would be like the Sunflowers painting by Van Gogh because of the connection that the painting makes to the cycle of life ("The paintings show sunflowers in all stages of life, from full bloom to withering" - Wikipedia). Sunflower has always been open and honest to those around him, sometimes brutally so, which makes him often an unpopular cat to hang around. Yet, he knows that there is beauty in honesty and beauty in both the good and bad, as he cannot have the good without the bad.

Afterwards, she'd usher you out of the elder's den, rambling on about her much needed rest. She tends to avoid the fact, although her missing eye is quite noticable. She was born with only one eye: defective in the eyes of many. When first laying eyes on oneeye, many would have a quite disturbed or shocked appearance, one that she's gotten used to over the years.
