Commissions are closed, but marking is open! Please only mark once,
and use the bookmark function to keep an eye out for openings. ^^
Art TOS
If you're commissioning me, you're agreeing to these terms.
With my art, you MAY:
1.) Use it for personal use.
like page decor on your art page and/or icon as an example.
2.) Upload it in your Toyhou.se with credit.
My toyhouse is FluffyMilo
3.) Upload it in your gallery with credit.
Please use the watermarked version if doing this, and
encourage others to fav the original by linking it.
Disabling comments is appreciated but not mandatory.
4.) Print it out as a personal poster/decor.
Do let me know if you do this! I'd be honored if
you were to hang it in your living space :0
5.) To be put in page dec templates that's for your use only,
and crediting me.
Example of what I meant page dec: putting/resizing/zooming
the image to fit in the box
6.) To be placed in a stamp that's for your use only,
and crediting me.
Example:
What you cannot do with my art:
1.) Use it for commercial use, aka business/to gain profit.
2.) Trace/forge/edit it by drawing/tracing it.
3.) Claim it as your own.
4.) Reposting/reuploading it without my permission and/or credit.
5.) Removing my artist's signature from the image. (Coloring over it/or removing the signature layer)
6.) Printing it out for your financial gain (selling prints, redbubble, etc...)
If you break my TOS, the following may occur:
1.) Taking down the commission on my public galleries/examples.
2.) Being placed in my blacklist permanently. (you will be blocked on all sites I have.)
3.) Possible moderator action for extreme measures (Like continued harassment, continued banned use, scamming, etc..)
Commission process:
- Please pay first, this is to prevent me being scammed.
Pets/items will remain in this group till the commission is 100% complete. C$/other currency will not be spent till 100% completion.
- You MUST provide a clear digital ref.
Examples of clear refs: 1, 2, 3
Art not mine, but characters do belong to me. Art credit in order: Chantric, scotchmint, colored by me but base by samalamb-bases
- You will be PMed when I post it!
If you have your PM off, please let me know so I can message you when it's complete!
- You may ask for WIPS!
You can request to see a wip and ask for the current status of your commission by PM.
- You may ask for a refund if I haven't started it yet.
If I started it, I cannot unfortunately offer a refund.
- When completed, you can ask for minor fixes, such as adding a part to the design I've missed.
Redoing the whole piece however is not included. If you want it redone completely, you have to commission me again.
