About Snoods

True to how odd their name is, Snoods are funky lizard-like creatures that are endlessly creative and adventurous. They originate from Moura, an archipelago in an unknown place that only Snoods know.

Miney (on the left) is the signature appearance of a Snood.

Rules

Why name them as Snoods?
They were suppose to be more funky looking to match their name but that didn't happen.

How do I obtain a Snood?
They are free & can be obtained through various means such as FCFS & Raffles, or bought via custom making.

If I claim a FCFS can I enter the raffle still?
If they are the same litter, no.

Where are the forms & rules for trades/swap/dress up?

General anatomy
Snoods come in a variety of style and shape, but their most notable features are their six-legged reptilian appearance. They usually use their first pair of limbs for all sorts of purposes such as tool manipulation, they are also not afraid to use their teeth too if their limbs are too short.

Snood Eggs
Not through biological means, Snoods would use a raw hard material (such as rock or bone) and carve an egg out of it. They then bring the eggs to a crystal cave called the Miraculous Mirage; together with another Snood, they will sit in the cave and let their reflections on of the surrounding crystals imprint onto the eggs. Once the egg has been imprinted the Snoods are free to leave and let the cave do their magic, bringing life into the egg!

Adventure, Community & life
There is no set way as to how a Snood lives. Depending on how often they adventure, a Snood can be a hermit living on their own or be part of a settlement. There is a lot in the archipelago of Moura that is unknown, and this attracts characters with wanderlust.

Right now, Adventure does not run continuously, it opens for a week long starting from Sunday to Sat. Results are posted right after rollover.

Requirements: Able to use google sheets to generate & copy-paste results.

- You cannot keep your designs unless approved
- Submit your application with the 'Fake' Snood template
- Please create original designs to show (not including OCs), linebreaks encouraged
- You can display up to 4 different designs & 6 different pattern recolours
- All will start as guest artists for a month before dropping or becoming resident staff

Requirements: Guest Artists have 1 month to draft or produce litters/items to build up their portfolio with us. They will be paid the same as per the official position.

Snood Designer
Requirements: As long as you can export the image in png, any art program works. Min a litter of 6. Art file needs to be PSD with decent sorting layer for breeding designers to splice.
Payment:
- 100 ac per snood designed
- 1 Strange egg per month of posting a litter.

= You can use it for yourself or on other artists who accepts eggs.

- Unlimited custom slots in the month per litter released.
- For every custom egg taken, you are compensated the same amount of ac
- 50 ac per Snood contributed to another artist litter (if the artist gives permission)

Breeding Designer
Requirements: As long as you can export the image in png, any art program works. Min a litter of 6.
Payment:
- 100 ac per snood designed
- 1 Strange egg per month of posting a breeding litter.

= You can use it for yourself or on other artists who accepts eggs.

- For every breeding egg taken, you are compensated the same amount of ac

Item Designer
Requirements: As long as you can export the image in png, any art program works.
Payment:
- Unlimited access to your own designs for trade/use.
-100 ac per item designed
- For every fabric roll taken, you are compensated the same amount of ac

Fashionista
Requirements: Respond to dress up forms - apply items on the Snood. Will need to be able to recolour.
Payment:
- 50 ac per dress-up form complete.
- Additional ac amount as the item recoloured.
