hi, i'm looking for advice on how to handle school stress. my timetable came out and my second semester is a lot harder than the first. i tried to make a change in the schedule but it didn't work out. i'm scared of becoming overwhelmed with the classes in semester 2 and i don't want to fall behind in my classes. i know this seems insignificant and i'm overreacting but any words of advice/reassurance would help!!
