Background story:It was a cold night
Luna, Rio's mother, hid in fear. In this county, no Puff could mother more than one child. If a mother Puff was caught with two or more children, the mother's children would be killed. Luna hid in the dark green dumpster, its stench reeked the corner. With little hope left, Luna abandoned her child, uncapable of letting him be killed. A couple of days later, someone known as Lily took Rio in. However, she treated Rio quite horribly, often hurting him or locking him out of the house. Things like these turned Rio from a nice puff into a mean and angry one. In fact, Lily never fed him, so he was nearly killed due to stavation.
