Neko Kami are the companions of the Gods, in Japan these beings were what influenced Maneki Nekos, they are of good fortune but there are a few that are tainted. The tainted Neko Kami are so rare though and often so corrupted that they are kept from earth by the Gods. Only those chaotic and clever enough or can hide their intent can set paw on the lands of men.
Facts
~ They lay eggs like fish
~ Their fish take the place of their hearts
~ They grow to be about the normal size of a house cat but there have been known to be smaller or larger
~ They can breathe underwater
~ They are able to fly short distances
~ They dislike caves and the dark, preferring wide open spaces, loving sunlight especially
~ When they are allowed to set paw on earth they are given their ribbons and bells by the Gods
~ The fish residing in their bodies swim in water that best suits them, fresh, salt and is protected by some sort of ancient power
~ When the Neko Kami go to die they go back to their Gods and when they pass the barrier holding the water disintegrates and the fish die along with them

~ You may not breed your own Neko Kami's
~ You may not re-sell your Neko Kami
~ If you no longer want your Neko Kami then you should let me know by PM so he/she can be put back up for adoptions
~ If you are banned from the adoptions then any Neko Kami you own will be put up for adoption
~ There is no current limit to how many you may own
~ You are allowed to gift a Neko Kami to another user but only with the artist permission first
~ You may not sell the design of any Neko Kami
~ A Neko Kami's gender is decided by the artist and can not be changed

Breeding Information
There are different types of breeding that you are allowed to order. A standard breeding must have a minimum of one egg and a maximum of four. The standard breeding means they will only inherit the traits of the parents. The price of each egg is four wishlist uncommons or one wishlist rare.
Generation breeding is slightly different as it can inherit any gene from it's family tree. A generation breeding can only have between one and two eggs. It will be 8 uncommons or 2 wishlist rares for each egg.
Breeding Rules
~ Make sure that breeding is available before you post a form
~ You may not breed any Neko Kami by yourself or have someone else do so unless it is official and on this thread
~ A Neko Kami can only breed up to four eggs every month
~ Both parents (owners) may keep as many of the Eggs as they like
~ Both parents (owners) must agree
~ The owner of the female decides how many eggs are made, either one can pay for them, or you can pay for one and the other owner three, or any such combination
~ If you want a Neko Kami but don't want to try for one, you can pay to have two of your favorite Neko Kami's breed and then you get first pick from the litter. You may only do so with the both owners permission
~ You may breed either two Neko Kami that you own or one you own with someone else's of the opposite gender (with that owners permission)
~ Breeding only is open for four days each month
~ You must send payment as soon as you post your form
~ If you do not fill out your form correctly or do not send payment you will receive one warning and will not be allowed to try again until the next time slots are open

Customs
Customs are not free; they will cost either four wishlist uncommons or one wishlist rare. Store pets are also acceptable of any species and from any year. Customs will be open four days in each month. Your name can only appear once in the slots, once your custom has been completed and there is a new set of slots up you may once again order. I will not take customs where the ref is just colours you want, you need to either have a picture reference, an already existing character or some sort of theme to go by. I will not create anything that goes against CS rules or copyright nor will I be a part in art theft. Please link your trade in your form so mods can see the payment you are offering. I will not start the custom until payment has been received and not as a suggestion. Accessories are to be added at the discretion of the artist as they are rare and must be approved by me first, you may not request them. If you do not fill out your form correctly and/or do not send payment you will receive one warning and you will not be allowed to attempt to order a custom for the whole time the slots are open. You may only try again when the slots re-open next month.

Guest Artists
Guest Artists will be chosen once a month and applications will be accepted and open for a week each month. This gives you three weeks to create your guest artist Neko Kami's. Guest artists must keep to the same rules as permanent artists of the Neko Kami. If you do not keep to the rules you will be removed as a guest artist. Guest artists may make up to two Neko Kami's.
