World Rat Day '10

Late, really late, I know. I got bored for a couple days and didn't work on it :p Okay, more then a couple days... Brownie points to whoever can name the constellation that makes up his spots.... and I forgot to shade but blech. I'll go back in later... maybe

Hint: The constellation was distorted and mirror imaged in order to fit the rat.
