Hey guys,

As some of you could tell, Fruiti Bats hasn't been as lively or active as it was before-
Don't worry about that by the way I'm not hinting that it's gonna shut down I'd never do that lmao

The real elephant in the room however, is that my passion for fruiti bats has kind of..faded? I'm not sure how to bring it back and that's a huge problem. In my eyes, I feel like you need passion in order to bring out your best work and so you're motivated to work on it..as you can probably tell already, that's partially why I haven't been super active with fruiti bats and i'm super sorry about that.

Unfortunately, the only ideas I really have is to change the species or reboot them.

It'd still be fruit-themed, but the species would be different. However, I won't take this idea if it is mostly negatively received since I understand that the fact that the adoptables were bats was what made it unique and why a lot of people liked them. As for the rebooting idea, it'll still be fruiti bats, but most things if not everything will be recreated, this idea is more likely than changing the species. Please leave your opinions below or even hmu with a PM if you have any ideas or something.

Thank you all for making fruiti bats as successful as it is and for supporting me, I appreciate it so much. Honestly Fruiti Bats was what brought me back into CS and getting to meet so many lovely and wonderful friends I talk to everyday, you know who you are <3

Maybe do something with passion fruits? :)

If you haven’t already, a dragon fruit wyvern would be cool. Since wyverns are similar to bats in the way that their wings work.. and they’re dragons. Puns are fantastic okay.. so is alliteration XD

Perhaps you could create a new species, and connect them to Fruiti Bats? They'd both be separate species, but you could do certain events/buy certain things that connect the two. I'm not sure how it would work exactly, but it sounds like a cool idea!

I’m so sorry you feel that way!! I completely understand and would definitely stay regardless of the direction the thread took. I love your lines too much! What if maybe you made the jungle the bats live in some kind of hunting area or replace the current hunting thread with that? Instead the bats would be found there? I’ve never really thought about operating an adoptables thread so I don’t know if that would be too much for you or the staff or anything. Either that or you could create some kind of event in the summer with the bats! Or an event on the anniversary of fruiti bats’ creation where you release some bats? Just a thought! :>

I do think that new species would be great. A new variety of line-arts would create even more interest in the adopts! Remember how the veggie critters boosted things a lot? I think introducing a whole new species would be great.

I really like the bat's, so I would say to keep the bat's and maybe make them still available but not the main thing? I think a new species would be awesome tbh. I really love the bats but I think a fresh start would be better since some of it got out of order and I think that changing the same thing would be cool! I support you in whatever you choose to do!
