Demascous's flesh rippled as his tireless limbs pushed him forth. A think melody streamed from his chest in the form of a deep bellow. Each of his four plates stabbed at the geo with perfect rhythm and lethal accuracy. His journey has been a long one, but his painted self continued to move onward. Each time he contemplated stopping his mind would revolt with images of what had been. A shudder ripped across his carcass at the thought. The bedraggled scent of other horses had slowly been filling his nostrils for the past mile or so, he knew he was coming up on a small settlement of them, and he knew there would more than likely not receive a very warm welcome. His pelt was dingy with dust and mud, his eyes were tired and cold,and his towers sat pricked atop his head, swiveling madly at any and all noises. His mind had begun toying with him a few hours ago and now it was almost too bad to ignore. The black and white stallion quickly dismissed this weakness he was feeling with a brisk snort, sending a plume of dust into the air ahead of him. Within moments he would be in the center of the claimed land, and he knew he needed to rest and regather himself, but he really wasnt looking forward to staying at this place. The thought of desperate heated mares and more than willing stallions roving around made him want to turn right back around and disappear once again into the unclaimed lands between here and the next place. Dem's lanterns flickered as his exhaustion crept up on him yet again. But now he had made it to the herd lands and could rest. If all went well that is. A low whinny soared from his cage towards who ever there was to hear him. His weary hooves drug during his next few steps, his limbs quivering for a break, but he made sure he was ready at any moment to bolt and be out of here forever.

Whisper stood tall nect to his mare Dream Escape. His eyes stayed vigilent as the mare grazed peacefully. In the distance he saw another horse running through the lands of his own. Seeing this he troted forth, positioning himself between this unknown horse((Spirt))and Dream Escape. Even from a distance he could tell it was a stallion, and he did not tolerate stallions in his land. A deep warning call shot out from his laranx, warning the stallion to leave or suffer. No one would come close to his mare.

Spirit noticed the tall male infront of him(Whisper) He glared at the tall stallion untill finally getting the message. He trotted over calmly, "Hi, everything ok over here?"

{seeing as how Dem didn't get a reply I'll give Caliph a try}

Caliph:

The little sorrel mare's limbs were quickly growing tried of her long journey, but soon it would be over. The scent of other horses was beginning to grow stronger as she continued at a strong lope towards this unknown land. Her soft orbs were fading fast as she finally set foot into the terra. An exhausted whinny fell from her cage as her steps slowed, her irons starting to feel as if they weighted a ton each. Cali's small stature slumped as fatigue set into her bones, the mare's neck loosened and her head dipped as she came near a few other horses, a mare and two stallions. Her towers flicked atop her skull as her alertness spiked. Her worn out muscles grew rigid under her silken sorrel coat. Caliph could sense that there was some tension within this circle of equines, but she wasn't sure why, and if things got out of hand she hoped she would still be able to get away quickly, although she didn't know how much more traveling she could handle.

"I'd prefer it if you stayed a far distance from me and my mare." His unkind tone laced the words that sliped from his clenched teeth. ((Remember he has no tolerance for any stallion around his lands.)) Turning his attension to the upcoming mare he questioned her softly. "Are you alright? You look as if your about to faint." He never had anything against mares and he would like to keep this mare on all fours and safe for as long as she reamind in his land. His orbs watched her but his audit stayed swivled towards Spirt.
