Why hello everyone and welcome to the fourth installment of the Smoothie Games! To all of those lovely people that joined last games: Welcome back! If you're new here, welcome as well! As the title suggests, this is a Hunger Games inspired "Diary" only it doesn't follow any particular character. It'll just be like watching the Hunger Games, but you're reading it! C:
How this will work is that when you enter your pet, it gets a number. When the games begin, I will roll a random number generator and if your pet's number is picked, the entry will tell of their tragic end. This will go on until a lone victor remains! I will also roll for the cause of death and who kills them. You are more than welcome to chat amongst yourselves between entries. If you wanted, you could PM me about plot things (romances, fights, alliances , etc.) you would like to see, or choose to sponsor a pet! It cannot be your own though! Don't be bummed if your character dies because I will hopefully make several of these because it'll give me some more writing practice!
Now, on with the show!
In the beginning, there was peace in land of Chicken Smoothie. Throughout the lush green land, thirteen tribes of animals lived together in peace. There was no predator or prey, apex hunters, or any threat. That was until one species became convinced that the larger animals overshadowed them, and that they should rule this great land. They were the tribe Clusco, the tribe of chickens. They met with the leaders of the other twelve tribes, demanding their land and resources or face consequence. The twelve declined. The chickens, angered by the refusal, they launched into a full scale war, raiding and destroying all of the tribes. In a panic to defend themselves, the animals were forced to fight their feathery neighbors.
In the end the twelve tribes fell to the chickens and Chicken Smoothie became Clusco. The twelve tribes became districts and fell into poverty, each using their own set of skills to make goods and sell to Clusco in order to survive. The chickens however were still angry at the district's for their resistance, so they decided to punish them even more. Each district is to offer four tributes, two males and two females, to fight to the death in an arena until one lone victor remains.
These games have been dubbed... The Smoothie Games.
