Grilled Cheese Recipes Thread

Hey guys!
Being a lazy college student (and I'm sure there are more of us!) I made myself a grilled cheese for dinner. But since it was dinner, I figured I should add some vegetables. So I added some spinach and some brie, because that was the only cheese I had in my fridge lol.
Blue cheese with eggs and cheddar is also a pretty good combination, but more work and not as healthy.

Soooo.. I was wondering, does anyone else have some cool grilled cheese recipes that are a bit different than the usual "cheese + ham" combo? I'd love to try some new stuff

Bread
5 diff Cheese
put the cheeses between the bread

Put it on a frying pan on medium heat
After it melts
eat it with butter

I like to add bacon and sliced tomato to mine before I seal it up with the cheese :3

EDIT: but I’d like to add that as a university student, grilled chese is actually one of the hardest things for me to cook LOL I just never got the hang of it. I can cook a full menu of other complicated dishes... but not a grilled cheese.

Mmmm bacon. I'll try that one when I go to the store again.
Mozzarella, tomato, balsamico and arugula is also a greaaaattt combo. Mmmm~~

Really? For me it's the exact opposite. Grilled cheeses, pasta, chili I can cook just fine but anything more difficult means I have to closely follow a recipe and then it'll maybe turn out okay.
