Oh I do enjoy a good dish of beef stroganoff!
Also I find using super cosy descent oven gloves works a treat! Also wearing long sleeves also gives me some extra confidence because your protected more. Honestly it can be super scary picking up heavy boiling dishes but once you've done it a few times it comes natural like riding a bike! Hope that helps! I hope that's what you mean by how you use an oven >.< it's still early here and I may not be functioning properly haha

Yes I cook daily, I work in a cafe doing all sorts of food and out of work I enjoy cooking for my family. My family is very food orientated so we explore food a lot. I love the food network and watch it a lot on TV.

it depends on where you would live.
if you live in
"the boonies" without a heavy ethinic population, you only get the "americanized chinese resturant or italian pizzaia" thing going on. it's not good for foodies, or foode wannabes.

otherwise you need to make it yourself, and be able to get ingerdence. or "pray something becomes trendy"

Aww yea I guess because I don't live there, I expect all the streets to have dunkin doughnut drive throughs and all the typical tourist food chains.

Does anyone else love German food? It's very hearty and filling and oh so good. I love bratwurst, spätzle, gurkensalat (cucumber salad), schnitzel, strudel, pretzels, lebkuchen, kartoffelsalat (warm potato salad), kartoffelpuffer (potato pancakes)... oddly enough though I am not fond of sauerkraut! I went to Germany 2 years ago and fell in love with the traditional food, I try to recreate it at home but it's never quite as good-- unfortunate, but expected. There are a lot of authentic German restaurants in America, which are usually very very good! Since the food is pretty heavy I would recommend going for dinner instead of lunch. Sometimes kind of pricy because of the sheer amount of food you get but every restaurant is different of course.

Me personally, I haven't tried very many german meals but I have tried schnitzel which is yum. Pretzel's are another I've tried and enjoy. I've tried lebkuchen but I disliked that. I'm up for trying any cuisines and I really would like to try more European meals.
