how do you make a poll to go along with your club?

When you start a new thread or edit the first post - at the bottom of the page (below the "Save" "Preview" "Submit" buttons) there are a few tabs - one should be "Poll Creation" - click on that.

You can preview after you have inserted all info you want but to change anything, make sure to click the "Poll Creation" tab again.

If a club is inactive, may we create a new club? I'd like to join the German Shepherd fanclub but it hasn't been active since June, and it has only one page and it looks like two members total.

People wanted to make an "army" of certain pets. So if you had one, you could post it there.

It means don't make a new club or army if 1 already exists. That way we don't have a bunch of clubs/armies about the same thing.
