To post the oekaki in your signature;
Right click on the image and choose "Copy image location/address/url" or if those options don't pop up, go to image properties and copy the url from there. Then you put [img*] and [/img]-tags around it, without the asterisk.
And since you want to put the image into your signature; oekaki gives you four sizes; small, gallery, medium and large. You can change between those simply by changing the word after "size=" in the image url.

You can go edit your signature by clicking on "My Account > Profile > Edit signature". :]
