Its an eastern dragon middle stage. A lot of the eastern dragons don't grow, but you can see an example of a growing litter here archive/2023/July/Eastern%20Dragon?

The owner of the thread doesn’t seem to be updating it so I decided to list notable unique linearts since then (November 2021). Sorry if I included some you don't think belong or if I left out anything you felt should be included. I only included extreme lineart edits I felt were hard to recognize. I didn't include a lot of heavy lineart edits from events, if I felt they were easy enough to recognize. I didn't include very many of the dog lineart edits, just because there were so many and it's easy to tell they are dogs. I also included links to the pets in the achieve, and I didn't include every picture just to save space, most litters I included just one, click the links to see the rest of the litter.
