Im not sure if this is fair due to the year diffrence

Unfair to you. The store pets together are only worth an 09 rare not a very rare. And the items don't really make up the gap.

What is this worth? I'm bad at item trades. I think it's a Christmas item from '15? I don't focus on when I get them.

(Valuing an uncommon as two commons and a rare as four uncommons)

I agree, very unfair to you. Their side only adds up to a 2015 Common, while yours is from 2012.
