My only guess is that when they are put into the pound they're put into circulation again?

I'd noticed the full grown store dragons from 2014 went from a very rare to a rare. Same with some of the store corgis. Don't they usually go back and forth? That's what I had noticed.

Many players remember Dec 18th and log in again. Just like every year. c:
So their accounts are now "active" again.

Believe that one switched from uncommon to rare a while ago. Not sure the exact date but I remember it being a rare.

It's rare since at least 2016 ^^ It was one of my first pets and when I got it it was already rare.
