is THIS fair? What needs to be added?

unfair to you, the most their side can fetch is around a sorbet. personally would add a UR pineapple tier, since the patchwork's demand is always fluctuating

unfair to you by a RBM. their side has pretty decent/good demand though, so I'd look for around a balloon dog value to add to their side instead
