The bunny is worth 90C$ so they are overpaying and it has low demand (people forget that it's even on the list). You just have to consider if you want to trade off the list for C$ since C$ are hard to use to get back on the list unless it's overpay.

They're offering an advent tier 7 which is worth 7-8 2009 rares. If you value at your store pets at two 2009 rares each, they'd still be overpaying.
Personally I'd accept as it is hard to trade up onto the list.

I'd actually like to add in that it's not that hard to use C$ to get back on the list. I've done it myself many times. ^-^ however I agree that they are overpaying C$ wise for the reasons stated above.

The UR Bwolf can be very hard to trade off, but it is possible to get at least 2 Nons worth out off it, while the Joker usually only goes for 1 Non
