ummm, I get alacritysim.com but it ain't the dog sim. I just a page that says @ welcome to Alacritysim.com, a search box, a related search box and a click-able privacy policy page. SO not sure what is happening.

Yesterday i have had no problems but just right now i get this "@ welcome to Alacritysim.com" page with Mozilla Firefox...
With the Internet Explorer i get "404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." :shock:
So, whats happend to the Alacrity dog game?!

After the news post went up it took me about 3 hours before it loaded properly. ZJ suggests try clearing cookies and/or restarting your computer. That or just wait it out and retry often. I did neither, besides wait it out, and was able to get in. Not sure what will work for others. All I can say is just keep trying.

    Does anyone still play Alacrity? Even on peak times, only about twenty-five people are on, the economy seems stagnant, barely any money is exchanging hands, no-one really buys bones any-more, and it just seems to be unmoving.

    Ah well, I suppose this is what they get if they keep trials - the main source of income - down for a year with barely any updates and keep the site boring with lack of events and stuff. They planned a load of raffles and there's only been one, apart from the foundations, there hasn't been an event since Christmas, and yeah. Not a lot going on.

    I spoke about this with a few people and they said that the site seems to be heading into closing. I should hope it doesn't, because I've put a lot of time, effort and offsite trading (some with my own money) into the site and I'll lose it all. I really hope they give us something soon <___<"

    @ Tsumi
    I'm hopeful that with the re-releasing of the trials the site will liven up again.
    hopefully they'll be releasing monthlies again soon though ;v;

    I think at this point, everyone's crying out for an update of some point, because there's been nothing about the events, nothing about the trials or nothing about the monthly shop in absolute months, and people are losing hope. I honestly can't think of a pet site that I've been on to take down the main feature of the site for almost a year with barely any updates. One site, who at the time had a userbase similar to Alacrity's took down their system for two weeks, with constant updates, and there was still an uproar about it.

    I don't know, if I could, I'd quit, but I don't want to trade my currency for things that are pretty much worthless :/
