it's a choice, some artists just don't like the bigger tag on the design

I don’t hate this outcome, it’s actually one of the better ones- but it’s not the very rare. Meh ;-; I still like it -3-

Mine grew up today as well. If I didn't get the VR than I was hoping for the blue outcome. This one is nice too though, it's my third favorite outcome of the litter.
