If you already got a banner, you have to wait an additional 20 minutes! If not, keep searching

i will be gone july 23 - august 15. is there any way i'll be able to collect the missing pets if the event is about to end/ ended?

You can always have someone account sit, although it isn't recommended.

it shouldnt its probably just because theres so many people online right now n the random banner generator who knows ive had that before when i was home in wifi so yea i wouldnt worry

Number of people online doesn't affect how quickly banners are found^^
If you want to speed up the search, keep checking the same page over and over. Pick something short, like the archives page or the Pound, that means you won't have to scroll as much^^

What you get from the banner is completely random, so keep on trying!! ^^ It's normal for a user to get a lot of one specific token. You could go and swap with someone
