Can anyone please code This for me?

I am looking for something that goes along with the Halloween theme I am currently using.
Needs to be cleaner/neater and not long and messy like it is now.
Perhaps neat text boxes with the heading as the question or information title.
I would like the two art pieces to be featured as well.
I need this done before 8pm GMT. I would really appreciate it.
