bumb, ohh i hope you like it!!
I would like to appoligize to everyone for my behavior. Apparently one of my meds needed adjusted. I decided to stay but I will soon start a thread about High Functioning Autisum so that maybe a few people can better understand when I do slip. Love you all!

oh... and if anyone wants a few hints...
select the color layer.. and up on the top bar menu theres a tab called layers, if you open that up it has the option to duplicate, what what does is creates two of the same layer.
i usually make the original rainbow, and the copied layer a solid color. you can erase from the solid color to get the rainbow beneath. but you have to turn off alpha lock when erasing
