Well this was my first time ever using oekaki and it wasn't too different from photoshop but much rougher so this isn't nearly as smooth as I usually like my stuff to be. Especially the trailer fins. Uuuugh those look so bad...

BUT i'm still pretty happy with this. It's a gourami, which is a species of fish fairly popular in aquariums. I used references off google and my own three dwarf gouramis swimming around in the tank right next to my monitor. They have such brilliant colors and i love their long trailer fins and their grouchy expressions (they always look like they're swimming around going 'bah')

Thinking about putting this in editable oekaki so people can color it but I don't know how? I tried to start coloring this after my powder blue dwarf gourami who has beautiful coloring but coloring in oekaki is going to take some serious getting used to...

wow this is pretty good. I shall color it as my gourmi bubbles. he is called bubbles because when he eats, bubbles come out of his gills. I love gourmies!!!

thank you both! And Legendhasit basically colored exactly what my powder blue looks like! cept he has faint red stripes too lol

And i love my gouramis I have a fire red, honey sunset, and powder blue. The honey sunset is Garfield cause he's orangy-peach in color and LOVES food and the other two are recently acquired and haven't gotten names yet.

Can't wait to see some more!
