-Color anyway you like
-add items
-make minor line edits
-use to make Oekaki Contests
-Make Free to adopt designs to be adopted from the Colored in or given to adoption agencies
-Remove or change texture and shading layers.
Don't
-Remove my signature
-Use in contests that
-Sell/profit from it
-Claim it as your own
-Post blank versions of it
-Make Adoptable Oekaki posts with it. You can adopt them out through the colored in boards.
