A Carnival cat is a creature that looks like a cat, but with clown like appearance. They have a face that looks like a mask, but is its face, and has only eyes and a nose, no mouth. They also have a magic ability, seeming they are like a whisp, not having any back legs and have the ability to float.

These guys are a FCFS but you have to show me a picture of the cat w/ the coat you are claiming (w/ cred) or a pic of your cat if you own a cat!
