The Lumiére, the source of light, was first conceived of by a group of wise older beings from long ago. They believed that their world was too dark and needed a source of light to bring beauty and goodness to their land. So the beings created the Lumiére, a powerful creature whom holds light in their light-bearers usually strands of ribbon on their tails or a cloak.

The wise beings gave the Lumiére the task of banishing the darkness that had settled in their land and to bring light and peace to their people. Since then, the Lumiére have kept banishing the darkness, and bringing harmony and joy to those who gaze upon their light.

The Lumiére continue to bring light, hope and beauty to the world. As long as their light shines, darkness will never fully be victorious.

Rules ;;
• All chickensmoothie and oekaki rules apply here
• By adopting a Lumiére, you agree to these rules

• You're allowed to own as many Lumiére as you'd like
• Adoptables may be traded/sold/gifted, but the old and new owner
should comment on the original adoption page so I can keep track of ownership
• Adoptables may be sold for the same currency that you got them for
• Adoptables cannot be resold for more than what they were bought for,
unless you've added value to them (commissions, art, writing, etc.)
• You must give credit to the original designer of your adoptable
• You may add accessories to your companions if you wish to do so
• Adoptables may be transferred out of the community with proof
that the artist who created them agrees to it
• General rudeness, theft and other rule breaking will result in a strike,
after three strikes you're banned
• Users banned from the species are allowed to keep the designs as long
as they are transferred out of the original lines and the original artist is still credited
• I reserve the right to change rules if I find it necessary
