what's their fave dessert?: Matcha Strawberry Shortcake is their favorite! The light fluffy matcha flavored angel cake pairs well with fresh strawberries and sweet whipped cream! Sweet, slightly tangy, and a very slight bitter nuttiness to balance out the sweetness!

Mallory's favourite dessert is rhubarb pie! She's a baker, and it's considered her specialty. She loves the tart taste, it's a perfect mix of sweet and sour. Her bakery always has the familiar scent of freshly baked pastries and added cinnamon, which makes her feel right at home. She spends more time making desserts than eating them, and as much she loves her job, she can be very busy at times. After a long day of work, Mallory is always grateful to settle down with a slice of rhubarb pie.
