Well for crits, her arms could be a bit longer, and make the elbows a bit sharper...
Nice for a first human, though.

You did better than me at my first try...well, lets see one thing you can fix is, if you want to give the body movement, put wrinkles in the shirt. IF you cant get it to look right, its fine, i couldn't get wrinkles for the first while. I cant help you on the hand or feet, because i still fail at those XD Practice makes perfect right?
Hm, the head is a little flat at the top... maybe curve that. Also, learn to use layers. On here the Bucket tool isn't the best, so everybody creates a couple of layers so they can get the background, lines, and colors on without them running into or over each other. Another thing you can do that would be helpful is to use a reference for your pictures (be sure to put a link if you use one) Or learn to make a Skeleton for your drawing (you'd need the use of layers to do this) A good tutorial on drawing the body, that really helped me was this website http://www.scribd.com/doc/3253832/Manga ... w-The-Body
There are lots of good websites that teach you ^.^ And youtube videos

Sorry for the long.... critisism? IDK i have this habit of helping people. I remember first drawing people and wanting to learn how to really bad. It took me a while... i guess that was because i gave up for a while XD And her name is Kikyo? and she has stripes on her face... i swear I've seent his before... oh well....
By any chance have you ever watched the show InuYasha?!?!?!
