( 1 ) ── above all, make sure that you're complying with all of the site rules
( 2 ) ── please be polite and respectful to the other members of the community. harassment of any sort is not tolerated and will result in either a strike or ban, depending on the situation
( 3 ) ── lunar plyfs are closed species, meaning you are unable to make your own without a custom slot
( 4 ) ── selling plyfs for any type of currency (including art and other characters) is not permitted
( 5 ) ── please refrain from mini-modding. if you happen to encounter a problem, please message someone on the staff rather than involving yourself
( 6 ) ── editing your lunar plyf in any way ─ with the exception of adding accessories or changing expression, or minor things that do not directly affect the design such as changing the background or lineart colours ─ is not permitted
( 7 ) ── as of current, you may only own 15 plyfs. this is subject to change later on
( 8 ) ── if you are banned from the species, you are not allowed to tryout for any plyfs and participate in any events. the plyfs under your ownership may or may not be readopted out, depending on the severity of the case
( 9 ) ── new rules may be added at any time if required
( 1 ) ── lunar plyfs may only be exchanged for other lunar plyfs. if you are caught selling/trading your lunar plyf for anything else, it will result in a ban
( 2 ) ── you must wait 3 weeks of owning a lunar plyf before trading them. gifting does not have a cooldown period
( 3 ) ── there is a 1 month cooldown between each trade. gifting lunar plyfs does not have any cooldown applied
( 4 ) ── to finalize a trade, either one of the users involved must pm either me or the archivist with the proof of the trade, the plyfs involved and the plyf's new information
( 5 ) ── once a trade is finalized and agreed on by both parties, it can not be undone unless both users agree to trade back
( 1 ) ── staff are expected to be be at least somewhat active within the community, and must be courteous while interacting with members of the lunar plyf community
( 2 ) ── artists are expected to make at least 3 plyfs a month, though exceptions may be made if they contact the owner beforehand
( 3 ) ── moderators must be relatively active and be able to answer questions politely and clearly, and deal with any problems that may arise in a professional manner. there must be an easy and simple way of contacting them
( 4 ) ── 3 months of consistent inactivity and without any warning given beforehand will result in being removed from the staff
( 5 ) ── each month each staff members will be rewarded an uncommon custom ticket, and an additional rare edit which they made chose to use on another plyf or their own custom
