jokes aside though i started a nuzlocke of pokemon heartgold and i'm documenting it in order to use it as an au for my perseverance ocs... if felix was sad in main canon, he's downright miserable here. he straight up gets pushed off the bell tower after encountering ho-oh and would've DIED if his crobat didn't rescue him. i have no idea how pokemon, a lighthearted game for ten year olds, managed to pave the way for such a dramatic au of betrayal and paranoia, but here we are!

HeartGold is my absolute favorite Pokemon game, the first one I ever played through (with proper understanding of game mechanics) and I've wanted another copy of HG (and SS) for so long to relive the adventure but they cost so much now,, or if you're using an emulator you should uhh pm me about that 👀

also POOR FELIX goodness me but !! this piece is super rad,, just the pose and the shading and the drama of it all,, oekaki blessing 👌

OHHHH that's so cool!! i don't think i have a favorite pokemon game, i think all of the ones i've played so far all have their own strengths and weaknesses, but i'm having a TON of fun with hg so far!! also yes if i remember i will pm you after this JDSNHFGSDJFSD i am indeed using an emulator lmao
