Full time artist - make 5 adopts a month. 1 free custom a month assuming you did/will do your adopts.
Guest Artist - make 4 adopts a month, you work for 6 months. 1 free custom a month assuming you did/will do your adopts.
Ghost Artist - drop in once in a while to make an adopt! no quota per month, however you must wait to make a custom until you have done 4 adopts.
