It's a lovely concept, but maybe not intermediate yet. Maybe study the anatomy and the shading...

Actually, I like it! <3
The advice is to add some shading, and don't use the paint backet. That tool leaves a white ring around this. And it would also help you'r drawing if you studied the anatomy of a wolf, and made some sharper lines. All in all, I think this should be in beginners. But this is VERY good!
