Directions:
1. Pick something to love. [CS, Anime, Art, or you can create a custom.]
2. Click the layer marked: 'Meter Thingy' After you have activated that, click lock alpha.
3. Choose a color to make the stuff in the meter.
4. Color it in to your liking.
Rules:
-Please do not put anything inappropriate in the blank. This is meant to be sent as a shout out to a CS Friend, a CS artist, or your favorite animal.
-Please don't use this outside of CS. Thankies.
