There are many key components to a clock, the way the numbers are painted, the shape and sizes of the hands, the accuracy of the gears as they tick per minute allowing the clock to function. Many mysteries can be solved about clocks by simply opening one up and seeing how it functions based on the expert craftsmanship of this product. There are many types of clocks, many styles, sounds, sizes. Clocks are fascinating, and that is why Emeily chooses to build these marvelous contraptions.
"I can't remember a time when a clock hasn't been present in my life." Emeily explains, "when I can't sleep at nite, nothing is more lulling than the consistent but subtle ticking of a clock." She pauses to pick up a silver desk clock from it's semi-dormant position on the counter, then takes another moment to admire the floral rose print squeezing the thinly painted Roman Numerals into place. "This is my favorite clock I've built, it was the first clock I brought into my dollhouse and my guests tend to smile at it." She explains placing the clock back down. "I think time is the most important concept discovered." She fixes her posture before opening her mouth again, "many feel like they haven't got enough time, but time never changes no matter how fast or slow you move." She chuckles now bringing her attention to the balcony window. Her curtains wafted slowly as an afternoon breeze carried a leaf ontop of a lake. Her clock struck 1pm, perhaps she'd have a picnic and admire the programming of the nature around her. After all, it is nature that inspires creativity into this young clock maker's heart.
