Poor Ella has lost the one she loves. But she has a plan to get them back. Her assistant covers her face as Ella mixes a special love potion.....

Ellas Story Continued;

Ella Chanted a love spell as she poured more of her crushed flower potion into the bottle.
"Pansies and Roses and Mums to be poured, I want to be pretty and loved and adored"
She let out a small cackle as she poured and mixed.

"Miss Ella" a small voice spoke up.
"Do you think there is a reason he ran away?" She whispered in fear as she watched her master make the love potion....

"Pip! If you do not stop talking, I will mix you into this potion too!"

A: Ellas finishes her potion and tests it on Pip and a frog.
B: Ellas potion is a disaster and turns into mud as she adds the last ingredient.

Ella finished mixing her potion....
"Time to test it out" she winked at pip.

Ella ran out the door and returned with a fat, slimy frog.

"Pip! Take a sip of this lovely concoction"

Pip shivered at the thought of drinking the rancid drink that Ella had prepared. But she took a sip nonetheless.
She shuddered as the potion ran through her veins.

"Now to give this handsome froggy a sip!" Ella sang.

Pip shook in fear as she waited for her terrible fate.
Nothing happened....She didn't feel any sort of loving emotion.

The frog however, hopped to Pip and began singing her a song of his love.

"HA! It works!!" Cackled Ella

Pip quickly ran away from the singing frog, covering her ears to avoid his terrible noise.

"Please Miss Ella! Make him go away!!"

Ella smiled as she watched her hard work prove its worth.

"Okay Pip, we will send him back into the swamp with a mission to find the rare turquoise tortoise to bring back to you. He will never find it, therefore you will never have to see him again!"

Pip smiled with relief and told the frog of his mission. He merrily hopped off to find the turquoise tortoise.

"Now!" Ella squealed, "It is time to find my lonesome lover and bring him back to me!"

Ella and Pip trudged through the thick swamp in search of the lonesome wolf.

"Miss Ella" Pip whimpered, "When do you think we will reach dry land?"

"Well" Ella paused and took a strong whiff of the cool, crisp air, "by the way I see it, we have only a few minutes more of this delightful swamp!"

Sure enough, just a few short minutes later, they came upon the dry, hard ground that surrounded their swamp.

Pip squealed with joy "I have missed having dry ground under my paws!"

She ran in circles and jumped in the air with joy.

"I know Pip, I have missed it too, but most folks do not care for our kind outside of the swamp. We must be careful."

The duo scampered along small trails that led through the forest. They heard the leaves rustling and small animals chirping around them.

Finally they came upon a grassy meadow. At the far corner, tucked against the trees, they saw what appeared to be a small house built into the hill. The house was covered in lush green grass and had a tiny wisp of smoke trailing into the dark sky.....

As they crept closer to the small house, a terrible odor arose.

"UGH what is that smell?!" cried Pip.

"It smells like rotten flowers" Ella whispered.

They held their breath as long as they could before they had to inhale the terrible odor once more.

By the time they reached the door, Pip was wobbling on her paws and trying to cover her nose.

Ella gently knocked on the door......

The door creaked open....

A Black wolf peered out at them.

He quickly grabbed Ella and Pip and rushed them into his home.

"What are you doing here?!" He demanded.
"You were not supposed to find me!"

Ella swooned as she saw her long lost lover.
"I have come to find you!" She cried.

"Quiet!" He barked, "They will here you!"

Pip sat quietly in the corner, taking in all that was going on.
"Could he be protecting us from the outsiders?" she pondered.

Suddenly there was a thud outside the door....

Pip, Ella, and the Black Wolf hurried to the window to see what all the commotion was about.

Outside was a large dragon holding beautiful flowers and vines draped over his back.

"I have come to offer a truce with the animals of the swamp" He announced.

Relived, the three friends cracked the door open.
Outside was a large group of very welcoming faces.

Ella slowly pulled a small vial out of her dress and poured her secret potion into the Black Wolfs drink.
He took a sip as they walked out the door.

The first animal they came upon was a beautiful tortoise tortoise that the Black Wolf immediately fell in love with.

Ella started howling in anger as she ran away into the woods to continue her scheme of capturing the Black Wolfs love.

The second animal to the tortoise, was the fat, slimy frog. He happily hopped to Pip.
"I have found the turquoise tortoise my love!" He cried.

Pip yelped in pure frustration as she ran into the most handsome dog she had ever met......
