Every Halloween All-Seeing dresses up as a huge eyeball. He makes it out of paper mache, glue, and fabric. He sits on the front porch of his house, trying his hardest to seem like just another decoration. Whenever kids come to knock, he jumps up and yells "I SEE YOU !!," usually making anyone scream and run away. He finds buying candy is pointless, because nobody stays after he scares them. He loves doing this, because it's fun, and most important of all, it's free.

After Halloween is over, he throws the costume away and plans his next trick for Halloween. In the past, he's also roamed the streets as the giant eyeball and jumps out at anyone he can find. Playing tricks is his favorite past time, especially on Halloween. Not everyone agrees with his tricks, but he just thinks they need to lighten up and have more fun.

Once, All-Seeing got too hot in his costume and had to take it off. He was then bombarded with questions. "Why are there eyes all over you?" "Are you a demon?" These remarks really damaged his self esteem, and he doesn't usually leave his house or let anyone see him, except for family or friends he trusts.
