So, this Viscet was meant to be judged a long time ago, and in fact, I even had the time to do it one day and was going to, but I loaded up the page to find that there were no qualifying entries at all.
Since then, I've been on the fence for what to do with them and how to go about selecting a winner. So far, I've considered a raffle or FCFS competition for the people who have already posted the beginnings of an entry, making it a raffle or semi-FCFS open to all, or simply granting another "extension" and keeping the same type of contest, but possibly with slightly different prompts.
If anyone has any suggestions as to what kind of competition should take place to get this 'cet an owner and get them out of unjudgable purgatory, please let me know! This poor bab needs a home quick!
With any luck, I'll chose a new competition for them shortly after I get my remaining two competitions judged, so anytime from now to December 2nd.
I've been so busy with school I almost didn't realize how late it was in the month
So why not have a design inspired by that?
This lil' guy is my 1 uncommon trait guest artist design, and they've got folded ears!
I'll let you guys decide your own prompts, but it just to be something school/learning/education related, whether that's what they like most about school, what they dislike most, what their favorite/least favorite subject is, study habits, how they learn, if they have issues with learning, if there's certain subject[s] that they're fascinated by and want to research, experiences with good or bad teachers/mentors, experiences they've had in school/learning in general, etc.
Just make sure your prompt is clearly stated in your form! You can use one or more of the ones I mentioned above if you want
I'll allow up to 5 written extras with 1500 words counting as 1 extra, so that's a total of 7500 extra words outside of the prompt and personality (minor things such as name meaning/pronunciation don't count as extras). Art won't take up any "extra" slots, so there's no limit on that.
End Date: October 5th [1 week]
I will be judging mainly on
- Creativity
- Originality
- Well fleshed out personality [Bonus points if it's told indirectly through the prompt or a story]
- Character development
- Art related to the character's backstory and personality
Prettying up is allowed! Just please no super bright text colors* and no super sparkly bouncing text.
*Tip; If I have to highlight it to read it, it's too bright.
